Bosmal is a B&H company which was founded in 1998 in Sarajevo. It specializes in urbanism, consulting, engineering, trading and service sectors.
Bosmal has recently finalized construction of the Bosmal City Center (BCC), the first condominium created in this part of the world, which introduces a “new principal of living.” Rising up in 118 meters of height, this building is definitely the tallest residential and business building on the Balkans.
The total investment for the BCC amounts to €120, which makes it the largest Greenfield investment in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is important to emphasize that the BCC was designed and constructed by the local companies and that 70 per cent of the construction material has been made in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Hi-tech equipment representing the latest technological achievements has been imported from world-wide recognized IT companies. All employed systems are intelligent and they can operate both, completely autonomously and semi-autonomously. A total of 65 companies with over 3500 contractors were engaged in the realization of the project. The BCC has fully finalized all the final interior details.
Completion of this project represents a major breakthrough in the Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in B&H and it has inspired and motivated foreign investors to put their money into other projects all over the country.
